Not medical advice
Lumi is a wellness companion, not a doctor. Nothing in the app — including coach responses — is medical advice. Talk to a qualified clinician about sleep disorders or health concerns.
Your account
Keep your login credentials private. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or upload unsafe content.
Content you upload
You keep ownership of content you upload (like profile photos). You grant us a limited license to store and display that content back to you so the app can work. Photos are reviewed by automated moderation.
Subscriptions
Lumi Pro unlocks premium features. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage your plan in Settings.
Changes
We may update these terms as Lumi evolves. We'll let you know about material changes inside the app.
